I am currently a full time student and a full time parent, and part time eBay seller.  I also am a writer of fiction stories and poems.

I am enjoying my time in school now, and I wonder back on myself at a younger age and wonder that I would not have gotten as much out of it in at a different period in my life.

I have gotten past a silly fear of math, and am actually finding that I enjoy it somewhat. 

At times I feel like I am in my second teen years or something. It works out great for my son,  I feel very open and honest and energetic and feel like I am learning things with him and from him as I teach him. 

I do think that parents can be friends as well as parents/ teachers to their children, there is just a simple balance of being open and honest and totally loving.  But also guiding, correcting, and sometimes tough love.  Also you always have to listen to a child, they maybe young and innocent, but in allowing them to voice their opinions and have their own voice on their feelings, they learn to be honest within themselves and also with their parent(s).
